These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and Sora89(the "Company", "Platformwe", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the Sora89 online gaming platform, accessible at https://sora89.click (the "Site"), and all associated products, services, games, promotions, and features offered therein.

By creating an account, accessing the Site, or using any service offered by Sora89, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Site from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026. Sora89 reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. Your continued use of the platform following any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed below:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the Sora89 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times of use. Sora89 strictly enforces this age requirement and conducts mandatory age verification through KYC procedures.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Accounts held by or on behalf of legal entities, corporations, or third parties are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal under applicable laws and regulations.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of Sora89 or any of its group companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and have not been previously excluded, banned, or suspended from Sora89 or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order — whether imposed by Sora89, another gaming operator, or a national gambling authority — that remains in effect.
• You must be the true and sole owner of any payment method used to fund your Sora89 Account. Third-party payment arrangements are strictly prohibited.

Sora89 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid government-issued identification card (MyKad or passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of payment methods used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Sora89 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances, including any winings.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Any information that Sora89 reasonably determines to be false, misleading, or incomplete will result in the suspension or closure of your Account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. Sora89 will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to secure your login credentials. You must notify Sora89 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account by contacting our customer support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at Sora89's discretion at any other time, the Company may require you to complete a KYC verification process. This may include submission of a copy of your National Registration Identity Card (NRIC / MyKad), passport, utility bill, or bank statement. Sora89 is required to conduct these checks to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and to fulfil its responsible gaming obligations.

Sora89 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT).

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 unless otherwise stated in the terms of a specific promotion.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account immediately upon successful payment authorisation. Delays attributable to third-party payment processors are outside Sora89's control.
• Sora89 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• You warrant that all funds deposited into your Sora89 Account are derived from legitimate sources and do not constitute the proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Sora89 reserves the right to reverse or return any deposit that it reasonably believes may be fraudulent, linked to money laundering, or otherwise in breach of these Terms.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to network confirmation times and exchange rate fluctuations at the time of processing. The MYR equivalent credited is determined at the time the deposit is confirmed on-chain.

Sora89 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes on average, subject to the completion of identity verification and the absence of any outstanding account flags or investigations.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit into the Account, or to a verified bank account in the Player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Sora89 reserves the right to withold withdrawal processing pending completion of satisfactory KYC verification.
• Funds derived from bonus credits are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Attempts to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of those bonus funds.
• Maximum cash-out limits may apply to certain promotional bonuses. These limits will be stated in the applicable promotion terms.

Sora89 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the applicable promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "rollover"). This is the number of times the bonus amount (or, in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x depending on the specific promotion.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: When using bonus funds, the maximum permitted bet per round or per spin is RM 300 unless otherwise specified. Bets exceding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward clearing wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute at 100%, while table games such as baccarat, roulette, and blackjack may contribute at 10%–20%. Live dealer games may contribute at a rate of 5%–15%. The specific game contribution schedule for each promotion will be disclosed in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not completed within the specified validity period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of crediting) will expire and be forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active welcome bonus at a time. Attempting to claim multiple overlapping welcome bonuses is prohibited and may result in forfeiture.
• Bonus Abuse: Sora89 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies, systematic bonus exploitation, and coordination between multiple accounts. Any Player found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonus forfeited and their account reviewed.

Eligible Players who have a verified Account in good standing may receive a birthday bonus credited automatically on their registered date of birth. The bonus amount is determined by the Player's VIP tier at the time of the birthday: Bronze (RM 188), Silver (RM 388), Gold (RM 888), and VIP (RM 2,688). The birthday bonus is subject to a15x wagering requirement and a 30-day expiry period.

Players who refer a friend to Sora89 and whose referral results in a qualifying first deposit by a new, verified Account holder will receive RM 38 as a referal bonus. The referred friend must be a genuine new user with no prior Account on Sora89. Both the referrer and the referred friend must meet the applicable play-through conditions for the bonus to be retained.

All games offered on the Sora89 platform are powered by certified software providers and use verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are random, fair, and independent of prior results. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available in the individual game information panels.

• Bets placed and accepted during a game session are final and cannot be reversed once the game round has commenced.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system failure that results in an incomplete game round, Sora89 will make reasonable efforts to determine the outcome using available data. Where a fair determination cannot be made, the bet may be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Account.
• Sora89 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of software exploitation, third-party interference, error, or manipulation.
• For sports betting markets, odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed and accepted. Sora89 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect or eroneous odds.
• In-play betting on Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other markets is governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport, which are available within the sports betting section of the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Sora89 platform. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Creating more than one Account, whether using the same or different personal or payment details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with Sora89.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage in games or to circumvent platform security measures.
• Coluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker, live dealer games, or sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Players who identify technical issues must report them to [email protected] immediately and must not exploit them for personal gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, funding terrorism, or using the Platform to conduct any illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using a VPN, proxy, or similar tool to circumvent geo-restrictions.
• Transfering Account balances or winnings to other Sora89 Accounts or to third parties not authorised by Sora89.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward Sora89 staff or other Players via any communication channel.

Sora89 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The Platform is intended solely for entertainment. You should only gamble with funds that you can genuinely afford to lose and should never view gambling as a means of generating income or resolving financial obligations.

• Age Restriction: The Platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 years and above. Sora89 employs automated and manual age verification checks and will close any Account found to belong to an underage user.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. These limits take effect immediately when reduced, and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Reminders: Time reminders may be set to alert Players of how long they have been actively gaming during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days,90 days, 180 days, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the elected period.
• Loss Limits: Players may cap the total amount they are willing to lose within a specified timeframe. Once this threshold is reached, further play is suspended for the remainder of the period.

All content on the Sora89 platform — including but not limited to the Sora89 name and logo, website design, graphical elements, written content, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of Sora89 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You are strictly prohibited from: reproducing, distributing, modifying, reverse-engineering, or commercially exploiting any content, software, or data from the Platform without prior written consent from Sora89.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sora89 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:

• Any financial losses incurred through gaming activity on the Platform;
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to maintenance, technical failures, or third-party service outages;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security;
• Inaccuracies in game information, odds, or promotional details that are promptly corrected by Sora89;
• Losses resulting from actions of third-party payment processors, banks, or digital wallet providers.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit Sora89's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury resulting from the Company's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Sora89 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy;
• Provision of fraudulent, inaccurate, or incomplete information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity;
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Account holder;
• Compliance with a regulatory directive, court order, or law enforcement request.

In the event of Account closure by Sora89 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the Account — including winings — may be forfeited at Sora89's discretion. Where closure is initiated by the Player voluntarily and no breach is involved, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via the primary payment method on file, following completion of KYC.

Sora89 processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated by reference herein. By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Sora89 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with service providers only where strictly necessary for the operation of the Platform, including payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and customer support. Sora89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice to Players. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the Sora89 platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and close your Account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sora89 is licensed to operate. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, Sora89 and the Player agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally through Sora89's customer support channels.

If informal resolution is not possible within a reasonable period, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction, as determined by Sora89's licensing authority. Players in Malaysia acknowledge that online gambling is subject to local regulatory frameworks and agree to comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
